The PulsoGym STL04 is a Selectorized Rear Delt/Pec Fly machine designed explicitly for training the rear deltoid & pectoral muscles (chest muscles). The Rear Delt Fly allows you to perform the Rear Delt Raise exercise with controlled movements and an emphasis on isolating the rear deltoid muscles. The Pec Fly allows you to perform the pec fly exercise with controlled movements and an accent on isolating the chest muscles.
