ST26 Shoulder Press/Seated Chest Press

The PulsoGym ST26 is a Selectorized Shoulder Press/Seated Chest Press Machine designed explicitly to target and strengthen the muscles of the chest, triceps, and shoulders, particularly the deltoid muscles. The Shoulder Press allows you to perform a controlled pressing motion using a weight stack. The Seated Chest Press allows you to perform a pressing motion similar to a bench press while seated in a controlled and guided manner.
