ST22 Leg Curl/Extension

The PulsoGym ST22 is a dual-function Leg Curl/Extension Machine designed explicitly to target and strengthen the quadriceps muscles, which are located on the front of your thighs and the muscles of the hamstrings, which are located on the back of your thighs. The Leg Curl allows you to perform the leg curl exercise seated, isolating the hamstrings to enhance their strength and flexibility. The Leg Extension allows you to isolate and work the quadriceps by extending your legs against resistance.
