ST15 Prone Leg Curl

The PulsoGym ST15 is a Selectorized Prone Leg Curl Machine designed explicitly to target and strengthen the muscles of the hamstrings, which are located on the back of your thighs. Unlike the seated leg curl machine, the prone leg curl is typically performed using a specialized bench with a leg curl attachment. This exercise is also known as the lying leg curl or hamstring curl.
